1. Who we are

Zoning.co.za is a property intelligence, due diligence and approvals platform operating in South Africa. These terms govern your use of our website, workspace and any reports or services we deliver.

2. Nature of information

Reports produced through the platform are prepared by qualified professionals but are based on information available at the time of assessment. Zoning, servitudes, approvals and regulatory positions can change. Reports are advisory and do not replace formal municipal consent or a legal opinion.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that takes place within it.

4. Payment and delivery

Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Turnaround times are working-day estimates from receipt of full instruction and payment.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in respect of any single report or service is limited to the fee paid for that report or service.
